How to use: 

If you have normal / tolerant skin, you may use Light Ceutic every evening eventually.

If your skin is more sensitive, start by using it every second (every other) night, or 2-3 times a week. Then increase as your skin tolerates it.

You might feel tingling, mild redness or slight discomfort at first, that often improves over time. If you get burning, peeling, or severe irritation, pause usage or reduce frequency.
