How To Use: 

Evening only: This cream is for night-time use.

Cleanse first: Wash your face with a gentle cleanser and pat dry.

Apply a thin layer: Squeeze out a pea-sized amount and spread evenly over your face, avoiding eyes and lips.

Start slowly: Use 2 nights per week at first, then increase gradually as your skin adjusts.

Moisturise if needed: If skin feels dry or tight, apply a gentle moisturiser on top.

Morning care: Rinse your face and always apply SPF 30+ the next day (very important).
